I started lifting around XMAS. I started with 115.... moved to 135..... then i jumped to 160 :) The only problem is, I can't do that many reps without one arm dying out first!!!! Thanks God for safEty SPOTTERS :) i DON'T Know what my 1rm is anymore :)
