Ive just started bulking for the first time but have been working out for a while.Im tall & quite slim so my aim is to be bigger so ive been doing low reps (5-7) and heavy weights.Ive just heard that for size it should high reps for around 4 sets is this right?Im like wtf? all those workouts...
