I am starting to row 5000M (20 Min) at my gym and I was wondering if anyone else has experience soreness or recovery issues with rowing (cardio) and Bicep / Back workouts.Basically My split isM - Bi/ChestW - Core/LegsF - Back/ShouldersI row Monday AFTER my Bi workout and Wednesday.
