People often disagree on what proper technique is when it comes to squatting. With an unhealthy individual there are limitations and issues that come into play when deciding squat range. However, there is only one answer in healthy individuals, and that is deep. Our joints were meant to move in a full range of motion, so why wouldn't we train it that way?
