I used to workout in highschool on and off but now i have good routine and have been at the weights hard. In the past 3 months I've gained probably 25-30 pounds to my db bench (flat, decline, and incline) about 30 on my squats, 20 on my presses (arnold, military) and so on. The gains keep coming...
